Hannah's role in the team is to provide our clients with:

  • Project Management & Strategic development for all of the work that the Digital Solutions team provides.

Paul Andrews

Paul's role in the team is to provide our clients with:

  • Consultancy re: the effective use of technology which enables clients to achieve their strategic and logistic targets.
  • Coaching on the effective design and development of blended and e-learning solutions.
  • Research services to evaluate the effectiveness of any given Digital Solution which a client is rolling out.
  • Analysis of data and the production of meaningful reports written in plain English that enable clients to make research informed decisions.
Paul Andrews
  • Design & delivery of workshops for clients in the effective use of free and open source digital tools & platforms that SMEs can use to work smarter, not harder.
  • Private project websites which allow clients to access all important documents and information relevant to the support they are receiving from Digital Solutions any time they wish.
  • The creation of prototype systems using free and open source software tools/platforms.

  • Co-ordination of project materials and resources relating to support available through the project.

  • Opportunities to liaise and network with other organisations who may benefit from the products & services that the client offers.

Basma Ellahi

Basma's role in the team is to provide our clients with:

  • Advice, support and guidance for clients seeking to evidence evaluation (efficacy and/or effectiveness) of their digital solution.
  • General project/research design including:
    • Design and conduct of exploratory trials to collect data for testing out initial ideas.
    • Design and conduct of Efficacy trials (explanatory trials) determine whether an intervention produces the expected result under ideal circumstances.
    • Design and conduct of Effectiveness trials (pragmatic trials) measure the degree of beneficial effect under “real world” clinical settings.
  • Experience of software packages for data analysis.
  • Understanding of real world research and evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Reporting and disseminating outcomes (abstracts, papers, presentations, reports).
  • Experience in both clinical and public health areas of health and social care.
